"Ordered a cheesecake hand-mixed blast shake. It started off sweet but got very sour and spoiled tasting shortly after. Now I have had cheesecake many of times. Never had I had it so sour and bad tasting like this before. I came to tell about the order. Alfredo R. offered to make another shake or different flavor. For that alone, I thank him. But truth be told, I just wanted my money back. I threw the shake away in the front trash can as I drove off to let them know I was not scamming. It tasted HORRIBLE. So horrible, I didn’t want another shake or any more Sonic for that matter."

"I ordered a number one sonic cheese burger, repeated my order three times no tomatoes, no pickles and easy lettuce, add mayo and mustard and got back to work the receipt and my order is the total opposite of what I stated and to add my bun was cold and meat was hard. Not a happy customer."

"On yesterday I order the #10 and #1 and my sandwich fell and so I ordered some tomatoes and pickles but the carhop gave me diced tomatoes and so we told the carhop that we needed sliced tomatoes and so she (Diana) gave us an attitude and was very disrespectful .. she said "we don't give out wedge tomatoes we only give out diced ones" with a attitude! So I proceeded to tell her that I paid .41 cents for the product and that I needed sliced tomatoes. I will never ever go back to this Sonics again.. order number is 634854. Customer service is a must no matter if you tip or not... I didn't have the funds for tipping that day but all the same customer service should have been a top priority at all times. Treat everyone with respect. Me getting two sliced tomatoes should have never been that hard to receive."

"Got a kids' meal and a couple of drinks during happy hour. Got my drink sizes wrong, and when I double-checked him at the menu before driving up, he wouldn't respond. My daughter's chicken strips were hard and looked burnt. There was only 1 other car there we expected better service and better food."
