"I had a great waffle and egg breakfast Feb. 14, 2024. Shana was my waitress. She kept my coffee filled and was ready to help in any way. The food came out fast, hot, plenty of it and reasonably priced. I will be back. Everyone working there was very nice!"
"Let me begin with how dirty the place was. We still decided to eat there because we love waffle house’s food and we understand how busy Sundays are. The server politely told us how her manager said we were not allowed to eat there because we have drinks from other places. Charlotte the manager kicked us out of the restaurant because we had our own drinks. In 20 years that I have been a costumer of waffle house, no one has ever ask me to leave the place for having my own latte or ice coffee. How discriminating as I saw other individual with their own cup. What an embarrassing moment, please train your management on how to handle things better."
"Good, quiet, fun experience on New Years Day (January 1st, 2024). Cheeseteak Melt Hashbrown Bowl was good."
"When a sandwich came out, it came with an apology because it was so messy. "The cook said she would make you a new sandwich since this one is messy". Then the All Star breakfast came out but was waiting on the waffle. A few minutes later the server was heard loudly saying "what did you do to it waffle???". A few more minutes later the waffle came out with a guarantee "I promise, it's cooked! They have been coming out like that all day" The waffle was white, no classic crisp. Also, there was raw batter on the plate around the edges. Not happy with the experience."
"Always loved Waffles house. This one we just happened to get a new waitress so it wasn't the best experience like most of the others. She got some of our orders wrong as well as the other family behind us. But, it's all good. I'm still a fan of waffle house."
