"Came here on Feb 22 around 8 PM. I was greeted by a super helpful and polite guy on the drive thru speaker (his named was Haneef, not sure if I am spelling it correctly). I ordered modifications on all three of my sandwiches and they were delivered both fresh and made exactly as requested! I have been here several times and have never had a bad experience. Truly a legendary Braum's."
"So far. So fresh. We were all starving after my diabetes soccer tournament final. It was right in the middle of lunch time. We couldn't believe the flavor and freshness. We were expecting bland fast food. Thanks Braums! We'll have to come again!"
"The service was spot on, great workers. Floors were swept and furniture clean. The burgers did not taste like 'Braum's ' burgers. Something was off. New equipment and upkeep of same is needed. Old dried crud is all over the napkin holder and rims of ketchup dispensers, etc."
"Grandchild got flu shot today. For being brave we stopped and got ice cream. Every one so nice the store is extremely clean and fresh food."
"I order a candy bar mix and I put my spoon in and it was numerous hairs that were not mine. I was so pissed I didn't even go back. I thought they had on hair nets then I'm thinking the young kids working there did it deliberately. I will never return there. This is why I stopped eating fast food because they don't care and no adults run these places anymore. I just was upset the whole night because I really wanted it"
