"Received my order and a taco was missing. The enchilada combo was wrong. I ordered 2 meals the enchiladas in each plate were mixed with the other meal. The smoked brisket is HORRIBLE. It was sooooooo salty. I couldn't finish my meal. 3 parrots is to expensive to not be able to finish my entire meal and not like it. I've given 4 chances and this would be my last."

"3 Parrots is the dream fast food restaurant if you want to chill and just enjoy a conversation. It’s usually not busy inside, the food is amazing, and it’s quiet. There is always room for a big party. A chips and queso is a perfect sit-down item. The maximum wait time I’ve ever had on a meal is 45 seconds. The staff are attentive, cordial, and hardworking."

"The food is fine. The customer service is consistently bad. Three out of our last 4 orders had items missing. They never apologize. It's treated like, "Whatever. Contact Grubhub for a refund." Don't leave the premises without tearing your bag down and checking every single item."

"These had to be some of the WORST tacos I have ever had! The unfortunate thing is, they could have been some of the BEST TACOS, because the meat is seasoned to perfection, and the veggies are fresh, but these tacos were SUPER WET. My goodness! Who wants a wet taco that breaks apart?? I think they should pack the tacos separately from the wet items, when people order ‘to go’, to stop the tacos from falling apart. I probably would try it again, only if adjustments are made. The young girls in the kitchen don’t have the best customer service either, because they were too busy being on their phones, and talking about their boyfriends… I do pay attention when trying a new location, because I want my review to be completely honest. The inside was very clean, and plenty of eating tables are available. It gives dim, yet exciting/fun vibes. For now I give this establishment a 4.5/10. Don’t be afraid to try it for yourself."

"I would describe this as two notches above a Taco Bueno. They are fast. I tried their Brisket Nachos and they had it ready in 90 seconds. Very tastey and huge portions. Interior decor us so fun. Lots of TVs."
