"If you are like I was and you still haven’t stopped by Brown’s Backyard BBQ, stop what you’re doing and get there as fast as you possibly can. I have never enjoyed the overall experience of buying BBQ in all my life. This is the sweetest, friendliest, most amazing family I’ve met in a long time. The son behind the counter filling orders was very attentive and helpful, the dad was always watchful and made sure we were well taken care of, the daughter was on the register and was very polite and friendly, and mom was keeping watch over everyone and tempting you with her AMAZINGLY DELICIOUS cakes and cobblers. I got there a little later than I should have, so they were sold out of some items, but what we got was absolutely amazing. I low key hate to recommend this spot too highly, because it’s already getting hard to get there before they run out of food, but I just can’t keep it to myself. My fifteen year old son was with me and said he LOVED the place and the family. I highly recommended the ribs, green beans, and the pink lemonade cake. Thank you Brown family for a fantastic Sunday dinner. We will definitely be back again and again very soon."

"I was recommended this place and I can say it does not disappoint. I was pleasantly surprised. Some of the most tender brisket and baby back ribs I have had since moving here from Chicago. The portion size that you did for the price you pay is definitely well worth it! I was so full it did not even look as if I made a dent in the food I received but that's a good thing! Their house BBQ sauce is pretty good as well I just wish I had more of it. And the home made cakes are fluffy and moist with a great taste! I will definitely be back."

"As soon as you walk in they make you feel like family.. if it’s your first time there they have the courtesy to let you taste the food before you order. I highly recommend this Family own BBQ place! I have very impressed food was delicious and prices are reasonable."

"Enjoyed the vibe overall of the joint from the staff to the music. Ribs had a good amount of smoke (some places tend to be too much) and ribs had a good bite not just mush which I can appreciate. Jalapeno sausage had a good snap and creamy in a way. Brisket cubes are okay, if you don't like fatty brisket they will not be for you. Mac & cheese is just ok for me. Greens on the other hand were slappin. Sauce is sweet (not overly) but has a good tang to it also. They do have a 3 meat plate but not listed on the menu. 5 stars definitely for the mound of meat. Will return. They also gave a complimentary drink which was cool."

"Bruh! Listen to me. Get your behind over there soon!!! First off the service is absolutely fantastic. They welcome you, let you try samples of the meat, sides AND the cakes. And trust me, you’re going to buy some cake. I ordered the 2 meat plate and because they were close to running out of meat for the day, the owner threw in a chicken breast for free. Gracious! The ribs and brisket well seasoned, can taste the smoke, and has a nice chew. You know how some bbq restaurants have good meat but bad sides…BROWN’S ain’t one of them. Sides, hitting. Did I mention the cake? They got a strawberry lemonade cake that is moist as a mother******. They will even let you sample that too. Please go support them asap. Get there early too! Now if yall excuse me I gotta go wipe bbq sauce off my phone screen. Damn it was hard finding a good bbq spot close. This one a winner!"
