"We specifically said No ONIONS...not once but twice...on two breakfast burritos. When we hit the he burritos home they were loaded with onions. So many onions that there was almost no egg. I'm not sure why it is so difficult to understand a simple NO ONIONS. Not the first time this has happened."

"I don’t recommend eating here! My husband & I both got slushes ordered through the app. When receiving the lady handed us the slushes stating that one was my husbands & the other was mine. The colors were the same so we drank some of them. I’m allergic to stuff my husband had in his. I started having an allergic reaction. I went back to sonic to tell them & get a remake. I was nice about it & they made it watery the second time. I stayed & ask them to remake it again. She refused got an attitude & just made my day a lot worse. I dealt with them for almost 30 minutes. The so called manager is the YOUNGEST person there. She has no customer service skills nor business. I made a report to their higher ups so hopefully they take care of her & this whole Sonic as it is!"

"They just hire anyone here I’m convinced And everyday they have different rules and prices. One day they want to give you a half off drink the next they say they’re not doing it anymore. The carhops always have an attitude , always mad about having to do their job. Sonic please come and do a complete evaluation on this sonic. I’m pretty sure this is not how sonics should be ran. And looking at the reviews it’s been over a year with this kind of customer service and all the owner does is send an automated message to your review! If you can’t run a business and what comes with it. Sale it!"

"Not sure ya'll know how to make Grilled Cheese sandwiches....... This food had to be thrown out as it was disgusting. I didn't think it was possible to mess up something as simple as a Grilled Cheese sandwich but somehow, someone there managed to do it."
