"Would give a zero if I could. Food served before drinks while watching others served drinks. Did not pay for meal because of multiple reasons. As a former employee, I would never treat any customers this way. Busy or not. Waffle not served with meals. Argumentative behavior from the staff. Waited 45 minutes while no one was even in the restaurant to be served because our waiter was too high to function. Again, not paying for any horrible service from this location."
"Great customer service! The team working December 3rd in the morning was a positive upbeat group! Food was great for Waffle House and I travel and have had much worse at other locations. We will return when in the area. I highly recommend this location!"
"After work late night Saturday, went in and ordered scattered hash browns and a pecan waffle. Only had about 4 employees and customers in 4 booths and 1 person at the counter. They seemed to overwhelmed, had to wait for someone to take my takeout order at the register, they still calculate everything by hand but anyway my food came out quick so I was happy until I got home and seen how little hash browns came with my order. That is why the 3 stars they could improve on the service, quantity of food and cleanliness."
