"It's an IHOP, so you basically know what you are going to get. I had ordered a to go order for pickup. I arrived at the pickup time. The order wasn't ready and I think it hadn't been started. It took another 15 minutes before it was ready. All of the employees were polite and as helpful as they could be. They maintained cheerful attitudes even though a lot of the customers were rude. Corporate needs to work on their online ordering software so that it is more accurate."
"Our local iHop is shutdown at night, so we drove an hour to come to this location. Service was great food was amazing! All after midnight. A new server named Carmelo was absolutely amazing. Nice, pleasant upbeat attitude. 3rd night! Keep up the great work!"
"Came here last night and it was a huge WASTE of time. We waited almost 30 minutes to get our food and everything was cold except those bland, overcooked, greasy “Nashville hot” chicken tenders. They had absolutely NO FLAVOR beside grease. We barely touched the food. While we were waiting all you could hear was the staff having so much fun in the kitchen. At one point I had to ask when are gonna get our food especially since we were the only people (at the time) who ordered food. They were so busy playing in the kitchen, most of our food was just sitting there and I know that cuz the waitress said “There’s food sitting on the line” CLEARLY it’s ours cuz we were the only ones who ordered. Save yourself some time and don’t come here."
"This is a very hit or miss location. I’ve had good service here as very poor service. The food is usually good. It really depends on how busy they are for both. On this visit my food was slow getting out but when it came it was very good. I had them make me some caramel banana pancakes which they made perfectly. At the end of the day. Even the worst day at IHOP is far better than the best day at Waffle House."
"My servers were friendly and on top of it. I forgot about free refills on coffee. They also have flavored creamers to choose from. Glad I came here instead of going back to Dunkin. They literally left a bad taste in my mouth. Even though the silver ware was dirty, I still enjoyed my hashbrowns. My server offered disposables to me. She gets it."
