"I’ve given this chance multiple times and today was my last! The last two days the rice has been hard and under cooked. The workers are stingy with the meat portions when you’re paying almost $12 for a bowl. This place been horrible ever since the pandemic and need to seriously shut down or figured it out. Please don’t go here or at least another chipotle. Food is always bad."
"They awesome leave the world a tip. It creates quality. I like the place. Everyone could use more money to live just remember it's your way. Dine in take out delivery. Employees and round up or leave more. Put a machine in or have a tip jar. It's quality control."
"What happened? I used to love me some Chipotle...but now im not so sure. Steak no flavor, tasted like dirt (I originally wanted chicken, but they were out). Love their guac, thankfully thats still yummy, but the chips... yall should be ashamed. Stale and greasy, like what? I'm very disappointed..."
"FOUND LONG HAIR IN MY BURRITO BOWL. This is the only near by chipotle from my home so I don’t have any other option to buy it from another store. But unfortunately I always had food quality issue with this restaurant. I found chicken pieces multiple times in my veggie order but I can understand the situation when you use same utensils for veg and non veg but today I found a long hair in my burrito bowl which is totally unacceptable. I think I am done and this was my last order from the restaurant."
