"We go here occasionally. They don't always have what's on the menu. Drive through is pretty fast. They almost always get the order right. Food is pretty good. My favorite is the sourdough Jack."

"The man who was working drive-thru on December 25th, 2023 at around 4:10pm was incredibly rude and Ill-mannered. As I was waiting to pick up an online order in the drive-thru, I was told to pick it up inside by the woman who was running the drive-thru. Suddenly, a man interrupted the lady and yelled at me for still being in the drive-thru after being told to go inside. The drive-thru was packed. There was no way to leave the line once inside it. I didn’t appreciate his disrespectful attitude and his disregard for basic manners. He told me he “didn’t care why I was still in the line,” and that I need to “get out” and go inside. Fix your attitude and maybe y’all’s rating will actually make it to 3.5 stars."

"ugh now I have to contact corporate, I know the store is honestly not going to care. I just want my money back. My food was OLD and COLD! My egg rolls were SOGGY, my fries were COLD and my nuggets tasted frost bitten): my shake tasted like cleaning products .. wth jack in the box. The meat inside the egg roll was literally DARK BROWN. I’ve never seen it look like that. When they’re fresh it definitely doesn’t look like that at all. It tasted so disgusting I spit it out immediately. The nuggets tasted so disgusted! And the shake ughhhhhh was warm. How do you make a warm shake?!"
