They are so rude Jubi ask like she don’t want to work I said excuse me 4time and she acted like she didn’t hear me so the tall pale girl finally answered me. My son ask for a sample the guy gave him one. Then when I ask it’s a problem the tall white pale girl said oh we don’t do that. So I stated well he just gave my son one and she walked off!!! RUDE. I walked out because you will never get my service again.. if u don’t want to work GO HOME!!!"

"Whoever was cooking on 2/27 around 5pm deserves a raise. Most the time I go to panda the food does not taste like it should. Today the food was so good I left my 1st review ever. Please remove the AI taking my order though, it is very annoying"

"I showed up to pick up an order for someone through doordash and I went to the online order pickup area and was ignored for 15 minutes while they served other customers and I even went right in front of the register and they moved to the next one. Other people with orders came up as well and was trying to get their attention but they were flat out being ignored. Someone with curbside even came in saying they’ve been waiting for so long for someone to come out and bring them the food and no one has. When I FINALLY got someone’s attention they just nodded and left and I haven’t heard anything else for 10 minutes. Y’all are getting paid by the hour and I'm getting paid by delivery and I cannot get paid if I do not get the order delivered at a decent time. Do better and hire better employees"

"Ordered through the panda express app. Decent food and not a long wait. Be wary if an item is missing, they will not contact you beforehand, can not refund the items, and no way to submit missing items in the app. I was offered a substitution, they offered "the next time I order they will provide", or call corporate. I chose to call corporate and they wrote the number on my receipt with no specific order number to provide."
