"I had been driving to Saginaw location for my Chipotle fix until now. My family decided we should give this new location a try since it's closer. My experience is based on ordering online for pickup (drive thru lane). It was easy to place my order, and my food was ready for me when I drove up. The lady at the window was friendly and had a smile, great customer service! I peeked in my bag to make sure everything was there, it was. The reason for the deduction of a star? I ordered an extra tortilla which was rolled up in foil so when I tried to unroll it, the tortilla was stuck together in a big ball. It had been heated up so when it cooled it was all stiff. I had to break it to eat it, and it was hard to put anything in it at that point. The Saginaw location just folds in in half, not roll like fruit roll-up. I prefer folded in half, lol. Also, I ordered a large order of chips and guac, the bag wasn't even halfway filled with chips! They didn’t add that much rice in the bottom of my bowl either, skimped on my meal. Anyway, not bad."
"They finally hired some people who know how to serve proper portion sizes, the last few months have been hilarious with how little they give at the original price. Quality control is very questionable, as I ordered a burrito with white rice that was very undercooked and crunchy. The next time I came in everything was perfect and staff were much friendlier."
"If I could give 10 stars, I would. Ky, the manager, personally helped make our food, being so kind to our 7-year-old son the whole time. The entire staff was obviously well trained, polite, and welcoming! Great job guys! My family will be returning! Thank you!"
"New store...dont kno if I've ever been to a chipotle? Well, this was kinda nice but I hear a lil smaller than usual. The food was good and service good but could've cleaned the tables. None that I saw were wiped down and one not busted even. Anyways, protein bowl was filling and alot of guacamole too!!! Might try in again someday..."
"Went to the chipotle a day after it opened for dinner. Got 2 bowls to go, and the bowls were about half empty. I had to ask the server to please add more rice, as she only put about a half spoonful of rice initially. My wife’s steak bowl had just a few prices of steak as well (steak bowl photo below before taking any bites)"
