"Had trouble with ordering online so I figured I would call and place my to go order . I was twenty minutes away so I figured I would have my meal ready to go when I got there . I walked inside and there was a line. I told them I called in order added pudding also. Paid for order and it wasn't ready. Others in front of me were getting their orders ..where was mine. I asked manager? Where my order was and she went to check...she never got back to me to tell me ..i stopped a friendly cashier. Who checked and said they are working on it. After waiting an additional twenty minutes and seeing others that had not been waiting as long as I had receive their orders. I went up asked for a refund. I love the food and the other times I received good service. After this though dealing with the unapologetic manager I will not be back. I don't care how good the food is ..40 minutes having to wait for 3 bbq baked potatoes that all together cost 50 dollars is ridiculous"

"It's been years since I've been back to a Spring Creek BBQ location. There BBQ got so poor I quit eating there. A friend wanted to meet there for lunch. I was pleasantly surprised! They finally got some real smoke on their brisket and the sides were solid. Service was great as usual. For the price point a good value. Not Black's or Snows, but solid!"
