Whataburger

"Every time I order food to this store it takes twice as long and the order isn’t correct. Not only do you never get the sauce that you ordered, half the time not even the straws are in the bag. Terrible leadership is the only explanation for this kind of stuff."

"The biscuit was dry,broken and horrible, the eggs on the biscuits were overly salted as well. The customer service was poor and they couldn't even get the condiments right."

"By far the worst whataburger I have ever been to. Never get our order right, food is horrendous and staff is clueless. Ordered a jalapeño cheddar biscuit with sausage and was given this burnt, dry biscuit with no meat, cheese or egg. Even verified with guy taking my order that it was a sausage biscuit. Even if just this biscuit is what I ordered, who in their right mind thinks that a burnt biscuit that is rock hard is suitable to be served? Will not return and don’t advise anyone to visit this location."

"Do not even try to get food at this location. By far the worst service ever. It takes a very long time for your order to be taken; the order will be wrong; when you try to get your order corrected, it will still be wrong; and the employees do not care at all about what you order or how it is served. Four other customers were at the counter complaining about messed up orders while I was getting my order corrected and then asked for a refund because chili was spilled all over the bag. A guy cooking in the back got frustrated because he is to incompetent to prepare orders properly, that he threw a bunch of fries on the floor by the window cash register. He then started arguing with the girl at the window who was asking him to give her four burgers instead of three: "Why!" he said. "because it is what they ordered" she said. This location is a circus. Don't even try to go there."

"So I've been eating at Whataburger for awhile now. I mainly go to the one in Roanoke, Texas. But I decided to go to this one several times. I feel like an idiot who was in an abusive relationship. This Whataburger has NEVER gotten my order correct. This last one has now forever burned me. So I asked for a #2 w/ cheese, no onions, w/ ketchup, w/ mustard, w/ mayo. I also asked for the burger and drink only. Not only was my burger not correct, but there was onions, no cheese, no condiment of any kind, was charged full price for the meal and got charged for a large drink and extra cheese that I didn't ask for. I just wanted a medium drink, and they wouldn't answer my phone call when I had called several times. Oh and the whole order took 35 minutes, and there was only 1 car beside me who ordered after I did. Couldn't go back due to me cutting it close with work. I strongly DO NOT RECOMMEND this Whataburger."
