"Finally tried this place, a little hidden gem of Pearl st. Absolutely delicious! Trying to find good Mexican food that isn't Tex-Mex has been a challenge but for me, I have succeeded. I've tried many places in Granbury and have come to find that little places like La Mesa and taco trucks are where it's at! My new go to spot for Mexican food and the prices are just as good as their food."
"I lived here in Granbury for a few years and this is where the locals eat Mexican food. The little lady that runs the place is the sweetest thing ever. She cried with me about some fantastic things."
"Don't let the attached gas station fool you.... this is great, reasonably priced Mexican/ texmex food. Breakfast was great the 2-3 times I've been there.... I was offered tamarind tea and it was really refreshing. Hadn't had it before. It's attached to gas station, and there are only a few tables... so I knocked off a couple of stars for the atmosphere. Food wise, I highly recommend this place."
"I had lunch here recently, the food was astounding. I am a big fan of their sauces in particular, the green sauce was flavorful as well has had a very nice spice to it (made from habaneros); the red sauce was a bit milder in my opinion but not lacking of flavor either. The service was rather quick, they seem to have a bit of trouble understanding my english accent but we were able to navigate it okay. The atmosphere isn't anything to fawn over, as it is in a gas station there is not much room. However the price is very nice, and the food was quite better than most of the places I've tried about town so far. Would recommend for a lunch or light dinner for certain."
