"We have been there before around 7pm or so today we went around 4:30 and the food was terrible. They kept putting out the same pizza and the Hispanic guy behind the food was always on his phone. The only good thing was the black girl at the front she has been nice both times"
"To feed 4 kids, this place is a hit. The pizza was surprisingly good. It is priced well. As long as you come in with expectations straight, this place is great. This isn't fine dining, but it is good pizza considering, all you can eat!"
"First time and last time being here! I took my family (8) to go eat here after my daughters softball game. She requested cicis because she loves pizza and unfortunately our local one got temporarily shut down for remodeling purposes.. she was ready for some great pizza, salad and pasta because those are her favorite... we got there and right away the atmosphere was off.. that place was a MESS nasty tables, the ladies restroom was disgusting I mean just a whole covid site! I had to ask the manager to clean our table because all the big tables were DIRTY! there was hardly any pizza.. no pasta... and no salad... no straws... we had to wait.. my kids were crying leaving... I requested a full refund he denied because we paid cash and couldn't find the receipt... I didn't leave till he gave me my money back... All this and there wasn't even that many people just horrible service .. please avoid this place..."
"You definitely get a lot of food for the money. Mostly geared toward younger kids, but there were several adults. Only groups in there when we went. You have choice of different types of pizza (the jalapeno one was really good) and pasta with either Alfredo or red sauce (both were bland but the kids like this) , side salad and brownie or cinnamon roll for dessert. The kids get to run around a little bit in the arcade and everybody eats what they like. Not high quality food but okay for once in a looooong while."
"Yes, buffet is open during post pandemic drama! The cashier was super nice and the pizza was in line with the CiCis you remember! Mac & Cheese pizza was really good this time around too! Clean restaurant and small arcade to make the kids leave you alone was A++++. Gumball machines from olden' days are a nice touch!"
