"Came through drive through and had the worst breakfast meal combo sold to me. I ordered the breakfast-on-a-bun meal and got the worst tasting meal ever. The breakfast sandwich had a plastic piece attached to the inside. It was also cold and soggy. The hashbrown was too cold to be edible. I spoke with the manager Alan about my experience through the phone. All he could say was come by for another meal. What a waste this meal was and lesson learned. Thank you whataburger for giving me this nasty food experience. Take serious caution when eating here, you never know what you’re actually getting."

"Well we decided to come back to eat at Whataburger again after 9 months but this time we came to this location in McAllen and we were very impressed the customer service was excellent the Food was delicious and the Atmosphere was great we really enjoyed it. It’s a shame that we leave near by the South Cage location Whataburger and they don’t have Good Customer Service and The Food was trouble nine months ago at that Pharr Location"
"So sad to have been disappointed. The burger was cold, cheese not melted, even after they said that they would make me a fresh one. We waited a very long time for our order. The drive thru is crazy busy. Walking inside was not a great decision. My experience at this location (Nolana near McColl) is way different from other locations."
