"Really enjoyed our dinner at Salt. Dined here when we came into town to scope out the area and see if we should consider moving here. I can honestly say that knowing the valley had a restaurant like this one contributed to us moving here. Such an interesting menu with wonderfully executed dishes, great service, and lovely ambiance. "Thursday night and first time visiting. We loved it. Service, ambience and food were perfect. The salt drinks were amazing. We had shrimp and soup before our meal of sea bass and ribs. Great wine with dinner followed by a chocolate martini. Superb, memorable night."

"The place is casual and comfy. Our daughter and her husband brought us. We celebrated my wife's birthday and her menu had a personalized birthday greeting. The service showed care without being intrusive, and was cheerful. We had quail for an appetizer, then my wife had fish tacos and I had duck. Both meals were perfectly cooked and nicely plated. I was happy to find something that didn't blow my post heart-attack diet to smithereens. This is a great place for a special time. You get what you pay for. I highly recommend it."
"Hits and misses was our evening experience. Shishito Peppers: yummy. Pork Belly Appetizer: was not a fan of the burnt edges nor chewy texture. Duck Entree: bland. Fish Tacos: delicious. Mac-n-Cheese: housemade pasta was gummy, cheesy sauce was tasty. Brussel Sprouts: hard to mess up and they did not thankfully. The flameless Baked Alaska: it’s ‘aight! Service: our waitperson kept vanishing, luckily others offered to help."
