"Ordered a pickup order at 7:30PM and was told it was a 20 minute wait, got there at 7:48PM and did not receive a status on the food until 20 minutes later and they said they were working on it. At 8:36PM the food was still not made and had to get a refund cause waiting almost an hour for 6 piece wing combo is crazy. Only people that were there for delivery pickup got their orders. All around were tables of people with nothing on their table. I understand it can get packed on a Friday but letting people know how long the wait is would help."
"Love ordering from here, only issue is that EVERY single time I get soda it tastes soapy or like some kind of cleaning chemical. Idk if they don't rinse the spouts but yeaaah. Aside from that the food is quality. :3"
"I order $70 worth of wings, an hour later after the app itself says it was delivered. They still haven’t even made the order. Called and they had me on hold for over 20 minutes trying to get a hold of the manager to talk about my order placed over 1hr and 20 minutes ago.. order placed at 7:37pm and it’s 9:10pm and still waiting. I had to call from another phone and they answered while the other phone is still on hold. I told the lady I want to cancel the order since I already bought pizza & burgers. She said 3-5 days for refund. This is ridiculous"
"This was my first time ordering food for this franchise, I must say I was rather disappointed. The boneless wings were just okay the BBQ sauce wasn't to my liking, the Korean BBQ was tasty, but overall I didn't enjoy the boneless wings. The fries were made fresh to order but the fries just had a very plain flavor to them not much to my liking as they weren't crispy or flavorful. The Ranch sauce was also pretty terrible, it had a very strong salty taste to it. Overall I don't see myself returning to any restaurants of this franchise, the food was just mediocre for the price."
"Service is trash!! I waited about 30 min to get our food. simplest lunch order they had, I had to get up and ask for my order.. after being skipped multiple times. The girl said, ummm, looks around, and says yes it’s here… Walks away from it, goes to the back, gets nothing, then gives me the food. The food sucked by the way…"
