"Great buffet with a good selection. I had the mole, carne guisada, beans, rib, rice. All was flavorful. Restaurant was clean and is now one of my favorites"

"We were a group of about 10 and all ordered together but the food came in three different increments. It took a very long time. The potatoes were over cooked and looked and smelled like burnt oil. The nopales and egg tasted like what the potatoes smelled like and it was not edible. I informed the waitress of the situation and stated that I did not want anything else. One other person in our group returned their plate and they remade it for her. When I approached the counter to pay, the owner was very rude and aggressive and asked if I wanted them to pack up the plate to go for me. I told her no, that it was not edible. She replied that I still had to pay for it and again repeated that she could have it packed up to go for me. I told her that it would be a different story if I ordered something and just didn't like it but that it was not edible but not to worry that I would still pay for it. She replied by telling me that she has the right to refuse service. I had just told her not to worry that I would pay for it, so I asked her, "Are you refusing service to me." She said yes, that she would not be charging me but I was not welcome back. I have just been informed by a friend that they have a picture of me with a copy of my ticket in front of the restaurant with a note of some sort. This lady was aggressive from the start and needlessly escalated the situation and now wants to play the victim. I have no problem paying for my order. I told her that. She turned around and refused service and asked me to leave. This is very poor business and I'm embarrassed to be involved in such a childish situation but feel the need to explain my side of the story since she is apparently publicly targeting me by displaying my photo."

"The price of the huevos rancheros was high for what you get 6.99, 2 eggs, refried beans and potatoes. The bacon was ordered separately. The eggs were cooked perfectly over medium, the potatoes were made fresh crispy on the outside soft on the inside, the beans had a very simple taste to them, the salsa for the eggs was just okay. I ordered a side of bacon which was paper thin bacon to make my plate more filling."
