"Its been a few months since I came here they had highly polite associates and would be here almost every weekend, tonight I went to try the birria burger and the coconut red bull, placed the order at 9:43 pm, i got there at 9:55pm and they couldn't find my order in the system, until almost 25/30 minutes later they found the order. The birria burger was hard toasted by the sides, it didn't include the dipping sauce, the jalapeno bites didn't come with buttermilk and they were extremely over cooked, I get home (with no receipt) and they forgot my drink also so I had to go back and they did see the order they just gave me a can instead of making the Red Bull drink. Very unprofessional horsing around and playing around instead of attending the customer, they seem intoxicated or their mind was just wandering around, this was a great place before but now I will never come back to this establishment"
"By far the worst experience I have encountered this evening at this location. Upon placing my order. The gentleman kept rushing me and telling me. I needed to hurry up and place my order. I had placed four meals the first three were placed pretty quick. My fourth I took a little bit to place my order. He seemed very upset and rude. When I arrived to the window I requested the name of the person who took my order. He then proceed to turn around and said. I will not give you my name in a very disgusting unprofessional way. He said do you want the food or not? I don't have time for this! I could not believe the way this employee acted towards a customer. I understand we all have bad days but this was not called for. He closed the window and another person came and assisted me. He also claimed he was the manager. He did not have a tag or a name on his shirt. Before I left I asked the lady if he was the manager and she said NO. I paid $35.03 just to get treated very horrible. They also messed up my order. Jack in the box I really hope you reconsider hiring new staff to represent your business better. Your customers should not be getting treated this way."
