"Covered outdoor place with good inexpensive food, decent service, and a cheery feeling. But it's only open in the evening. it's a fun place to get together with the guys if the weather is good. UPDATE 10/16/23 the refried beans were not so good this time and the guacamole on my flautas was a bit brown. But still is a good time."

"The food is amazing. It's fresh and the tacos are FILLED to the top with meat. The service is exceptional, our waitress was on top of us if we needed anything at all which was refreshing. She made sure we were comfortable and very well mannered. The prices are decent and the menu has a great selection of real authentic Mexican food. NOT TEX-MEX."

"Maybe we had an off night or something as we'd heard better reviews. We ended up being there for almost 2 hours. Most of that time was spent waiting for our waitress to come back to take our order, bring the food and then a huge part of it asking for the bill multiple times from every other waiter or busser that passed our table, since our waitress never came back after giving us our food. The food was good but service was not great. Maybe we'll try again another time to see if it was a one time deal."

"What an amazing place! It was recommended to go and try the tacos here and boy oh boy, what a great recommendation. As I pulled into the parking lot, I could smell the savory flavors of the chicken, meat, tacos, all the onions and cilantro. As I walked into El Rodeo, I was greeted by the staff, they were enthusiastic, helpful, very hard-working, and even took some pics with me. The server took us to our table, provided the menus, and brought back the beverages that we ordered within minutes. The server was super helpful in explaining what was in the dishes and also made some great recommendations. This place was a great open concept, with plenty a room, fresh air in an area for bands, and even dancing. As you can see from the pictures, we ordered some Carne Asada fries, tacos adobada, sopes , chicken and carne flautas, rolled tacos with all the toppings.
