"This Location is the CAPITAL of worst customer service when calling in an order ! Also when ordering more than 25 dollars they won't put in the order until its paid for, at that time i was driving and was hard for me to do this transaction, i advised the employee that as soon as i get there i would pay it but REFUSED to put in the order. If this business doesn't trust us as consumers i dont trust them as a Business ! The other locations from Kumori are not like this Location This people here are extremely pitiful and don't care about Business. FYI I've heard so many wrong doings from this Establishment. I DON'T RECOMMEND THIS ESTABLISHMENT ¡!¡!¡! GIVE BUSINESS TO OTHERS, THEY DON'T DESERVE IT !!!! I BLAME MANAGEMENT AND OWNER !!!!"
"Sushi and teppanyaki served at your table. They have several, unique sushi rolls including the Angel roll (which I recommend as a perfect blend of sweet and spicy). The beef fillet teppanyaki dish included tender beef, mixed vegetables, fried rice and an assortment of delicious sauces including spicy mayo (yum-yum), teriyaki and a spicy sauce (my fav). Pleasant and sophisticated dining atmosphere with reasonably priced Japanese and sushi dishes. Recommend for a group outing, romantic date or dining solo."
"Kumori is local’s go-to sushi place in Mc Allen, you just can’t go wrong. The food is fresh & delicious and the service is on point. The only thing is that portions are big, so you might want to consider sharing."
"Our experience was soured by one dish. Spicy calamari was wet, cold and not tasty. After consultation with the waitress and manager they could not take that off the bill. Very disappointed. We arrived at 9pm and enjoyed a nice meal of other items. The other sushi items were very tasty. We tried the Gyoza, Cosmo roll, beef udon, mixed sushimi, and none of her items came with wasabi or Ginger we had to ask for it or calamari dish took longer than we expected and it was cold as we told our server, Karla was great"
