"I ordered a turkey provolone pesto on ciabatta as a mobile order. When I went inside to pick it up… gnats swarming all around my sandwich. I didn’t say anything but should have. I threw the sandwich out. Will not be back to this location."
"This is ridiculous. I ordered my CARAMEL RIBBON CRUNCH ALL THE TIME. Last time was January 9 at this location. They messed up my order. They made my drinks 3 times and still didn't made the right taste..today it's mess up again!!! I always pay for extra caramel but end up not getting what I paid for!!!!! They said crew is new. I get it. But aren't you following recipe? Right measurement or just eyeballing the ingredients.. can't even see the caramel at all"
"Customer service obviously doesn't matter to this location. The make no effort for their customers. I was getting 10 drinks for a group event which obviously was not cheap. I went to pay with cash because that's all I had from the event manager which they refused to take saying they didn't have enough in their till. Then I used my kids money to pay gave them change so I could just have dollar bills they didn't include it when they paid and refuses to reopen the drawer to give me the dollar. I understand to some people this is trivial or petty but honestly the things asked of them were so small they just don't have a desire to help people."
