"Worst Starbucks I've ever been too, especially in the morning. Talks way to much and makes you wait at speaker forever to even drive. Literally makes you wait so long just so they can mess up your order, and when you complain about it makes it your fault when it's theirs. Literally needs a new manager, Megans always so disrespectful & ignorant. Like I can't with this location."
"I’ve been coming here for years and the customer service has gone down hill. The lady today who worked on 7 Jan 2024 (Sunday) has a bad attitude and horrible customer service. My aunt went to pick up our order and waited almost 39 minutes denying they had received our order saying wrong location. We took screenshots and showed our receipt and said she can’t accept screenshots. Worst service I have ever received. I will never recommend this location again to anyone."
"I usually get brewed coffee, and it is always hot and flavorful. The staff is attentive and friendly. The atmosphere is comfortable but a bit noisy. Wear earbuds if you plan to work here. Also be careful driving in and out. The drive-thru line gets long and inhibits traffic."
"I hate to even be this person but what I experienced this morning really upset me. I go to this location REGULARLY & have never had any issues EVER. I order the same exact coffee and it’s always perfect with NO ISSUES. I receive my coffee and it’s only filled halfway and I can tell it’s not made correctly. I tell the girl it’s not right and she proceeds to tell me “well what do you want”, “that’s how they made it” “at this point that’s considered a latte” she was so rude! Then I’m assuming the manager came and told me the coffee I always order was not made correctly prior and was not up to Starbucks standards and she’d have to up charge me for some more oat milk and sweet cream to fill the cup. I truly am baffled. Never had I had a bad experience at Starbucks."
