"I came in to sit and work and ordered my usual food and drink order totaling near $14. My drink did not have the cold foam that I paid for. I went to the front and told them it much have been forgotten. The worker apologized and took it to the female worker to let her know. I hear her say "it is on it." I walked over to her and said do you want to see? She was so rude. She ended up remaking it and it came out the exact same. I don't think she mixes the cold foam long enough because it's watery and dissipated immediately into the coffee again."
"This team is killing it! Always in & out at a decent pace, and the team is always in a great mood despite how busy they are. Managers seem to really support and hype the crew up based on what I heard while doing my work in their lobby."
"Walker in this morning, not one employee greeted me, spoke, or tried to take my order. There was no line / no waiting. Didn't even look in my direction. Stood there, listened to the young staff multiple conversations before getting someone’s attention. Staff needs training in customer service and acknowledging customers."
