"I placed an order and they did not give me the right pizzas I called back to issue a refund because the pizza was so burnt it was not edible. I was told they couldn’t do that and to call back the next day. I called the next day and now I have to wait 3 days for the GM to issue a refund since it was the next day even though the manager Noah told me to do that. Will not be ordering from here again!"
"We placed the order about 2.5 hours ahead of requested delivery time. 30 minutes before the delivery time, the tracker said that our pizza was on the way. We live about 11 minutes from this store. At 5:35, 5 minutes past requested delivery time, the store called to re-verify our address and said they’re on the way. I then called in at 5:50 asking where it was at and they said they’re on the way. It’s now after 6 with still no pizza delivery, no comps, and no customer satisfaction."
"The costumers service are horrible. They give us a wrong order. Also they make me to Wait another 15 minutes but in the app where we order was preparing at this time and will be ready in 15-20 minutes when I arrive they even didn’t start on the pizza and they make me stay another 15 minutes I would not recommend this location"
"Old wings!!!! We couldn't even eat them. They gave us a 20% coupon for next time but we will not be using that after such a bad experience. The pizza had almost no cheese on it also. Just horrible food and a waste of money."
"Took them 1.5 hours just to acknowledge order to place in oven. Called 4 times and held for 20 minutes with no answer. Decided to drive to store. I was expecting to see store so busy when I got there that I would have to park far away... parked at front door. Had to be at least 15 people working in there, not sure what they were all doing. Asked for refund, lo and behold pizza was finished. Took pizza for “free” since my time is worthless apparently. Guy beside me was experiencing same issue. Got home to find a tattered pizza that was missing cheese and not even cut properly. Pizza was disgusting as expected. Not sure if it was cooked all the way, but I’m unsure how this could happen since it cooks at a set temp, down a conveyor style delivery. Will try someone else from now on. Just bad. Think my dogs will go hungry too."
