"Had barbacoa plate, disgusting everything on that plate was disgusting, cold old potatoes, the barbacoa, once I found it .....90 % of the plate was potatoes, was disgusting all fat. Cold , the Ranchero beans had O taste, I asked the waitress for some more ranchera sauce, finally got it at the end as I put practically placed all the food aside, did not eat......first time visit and will be my last!!!!"
"BEST HOME STYLE FOOD. The enchiladas, were REALLY GOOD, pipping hot. The beans and rice had a nice flavor it. Almost licked the plate. Traditional flavors, bold coffee and great atmosphere. A very great environment with awesome servers. Isabel is a great server."

"Old school diner close to downtown. The waiter was very attentive. The salsa seemed to be fire roasted, which was a nice touch, and the food was flavorful. Didn't quite have room for the biscuits... next time."
"Maria’s was suggested to my by multiple people. It was good, but not great or exceptional. Service was slow and was borderline rude. Not sure why this place is so popular and highly recommended. I had the machacado con huevo a la Mexicana. Comes with potatoes and beans. The beans were good. The potatoes were cold and stale. Both the red and green salsa was good."
