"I enjoy coming to this location. However, EVERYTIME I come, there's always homeless guys standing at the order window, making the experience uneasy. No matter what time of the day. Morning noon or night, he's there. Just be safe."

"I was calling this store to see if an order that had been placed was ready. I called for 15 mins and no one answered. When I got there someone had taken my order and they couldn't tell me how long it had been. I was just like oh well. I was pissed because I drove 9.8 miles to pick it up. They need to get better with service. I understand it gets busy but that's not an excuse not to answer the phone when there were like 8 or 9 people behind the counter and hardly anyone in the dining hall."

"Just got home with fries I ordered and a McChicken sandwhich Fry container is like 2/3 full. Fries are raw not fried all the way and greasy."
