McDonald's

"I went very hungry after school,and ordered at the kiosk. First off I didnt get a reciept, second i double checked to make sure I put everything correct and paid. I waited for my order got it in a reasonable amount of time. I waited to get home to eat and i take a bite of my "triple cheeseburger" to find only 2 meats. I wouldve been better off paying for a double cheese instead of wasting my money on something I wasnt even recieving. I dont know if this was a joke but it wasnt funny."

"Beware if your drive-thru order is not ready and you are told to wait at one of the Reserved Parking spaces by the tree. I did the other day and swarm of birds were all over my car. They were also waiting to be fed. They did not get any of my food and all they gave me were their droppings. Coffee was very hot and hard to hold without the protective cardboard around it. Food was ok."

"All I wanted to do was get my kid an ice cream cone because he was good while getting his hair cut. After waiting for 20 minutes I go to the counter to see what's taking so long and she tries to tell me it hadn't been paid for even tho the charge was reflected on my account. Like I wanted to rip McDonald's off for $1.29. I'll go to Sonic next time."

"Slow service. They are supposed to by corporate policy have all drive-through lanes open 24/7. But they are closing the lane at night which is not even following the corporate policy so if they can’t even do that how can they get the food right if they are slow and not following simple policies. Greatness starts at the ground up."

"I purchased a big breakfast with hot cakes on my way to work (3 minutes away) and when I opened the container the hot cakes were very hard around the edges and the eggs seemed to be old as well. I believe they gave me a old order that was sitting around or they precooked too many hot cakes and eggs. Tried calling the store but the line was busy for 6 attempted calls."
