"I was not pleased that the restaurant closed 10-12min early. I was in the drive thru 20min before they closed and purchased my items and forgot something drove around and they said we are closed. When you are out late at night with limited choices and budget it would be nice for a restaurant to honor their hours of service. That's all I'm asking."
"Probably the worst McDonald's I've ever been to. Order thing said to enter your number and staff would bring out to table but they didn't and just left it on the Uber counter so someone almost grabbed it."
"### AVOID Horrendous ### HOW DOES ONE MESS UP A BURGER JOB? Tables smell like sour food in a nasty fridge, kiosk says have a seat and your delicious food will be delivered to your table ... wrong...lady screaming across the dining room...THIRTY NINE...hamburger the size of a pack of cigarettes.....what in the actual hell????????? Employees have a glazed look on their faces (except for the Latino boy) like they are confused and troubled....I am telling you...this place absolutely SUCKS"
"Ordered two medium iced coffees and received smalls. No big deal, but when I asked they said it was a medium cup for that drink. The cup itself says it is to be used for small fountain drinks, teas, and iced coffee."
"This McDonald's had electronic menus for a person to place their order. Should be simple but it kept trying to force me to sign up for the rewards program. After a couple of tries of wanting to go around that and not getting anywhere, I finally went up to the counter and waited until someone, I think the shift manager, came and took my order. For a Quarter pounder and 3 cookies, it took me 20 min to place my order and get the order back. I don't know who thought this automation is an improvement. I went to another burger place in town and got two burgers and fries and onion rings during a busy time of day in less than 15 min. And it tasted better too! Don't think I need to go back to any McDonald's again."
