"Absolutely atrocious. My burger was literally smashed. And completely wrong and God help you if you try to call the call store whoever works and runs the dinner shift is nothing but a bunch of ignorant morons. I have been coming to this store since they opened and this is the first time I've ever had an issue. I guess we have to do our own math now aswell cause they aren't going to tell you how much your about to spend. The manager of the dinner shift and the entire crew need to be fired. I spent around 70 dollars to feed my family and nothing is correct let alone edible. This is an absolute disgrace. Save your money and go to whataburger across the street."

"Avoid this location if you actually want to get what you paid for. Ordered through the mobile app and pull up to the drive through for them to tell me “we’re out” of everything I ordered? Weird, but “Ok please refund my money since you can’t fulfill the order.” Oh sorry Hon, my manager says we can’t do that, you’ll have to call corporate. “Is this a corporate or franchise location” Franchise. “Great, please give me the contact information for the franchise owner.” Ma’am my manager says you’ll need to come inside for that. So I need to come inside to sort out their error rather than just giving me my money back for a you can not fulfill? You don’t have my order, you’re out of coffee, breakfast, and drinks before 11am and it’s somehow my problem to fix? Talk about TERRIBLE customer service across the board at this location. Thank goodness I have better options for McDonald’s to the north and east of this one and that’s where my future business will go."

"Everything is a laugh for the employees, people get upset and they don't care. The worst service is that McDonald's. I go to others and they are the best, but the service here with the food is poor and the problem is with the managers who do nothing. Remember, we clients pay your salary. It's free. Learn to value your work. Please excuse me for being rude, but you have to learn. You don't like the job. Change jobs. It's not difficult."

"Clean McD Location and Friendly staff. Whenever mobile order fails they are happy to help and sometimes they offer free extra food if there is a delay on curbside. always had a good experience."

"Just like the Popeyes next door, trashy and gross. Stay away from this one and go to the one on Blue Mound. Western Center is full of fast food places with employees that were hired to fill a spot. That whole area is trash. Update** please offer free coffee to employees on the 5am shift. No one likes paying for items they don’t get. Also, to the McDonalds miss that emailed me about my review, get a new job. Your condescending apology about items not being to “My” standards and not the ROTTEN food obviously being served is funny ah and moronic at best. 8/27 Update! Not only did McDonald’s reply condescendingly, they’re now serving food that was eaten. Picture added! Keep your apology. Hope you don’t kill anyone with this nasty food."
