"One of the worst franchises in the city. Found a worm in my fish filet months ago and said corporate would contact me to resolve issue and never did. Cooks and managers wanted to argue and say it was an onion. Also lower managers dont speak english well and you can barley understand them. From the looks of other reviews a health inspector really needs to check this place out, especially because of all of the students who are nearby and pay good money to be at TCU but are running a risk of getting sick at this place."

"The african american girl at the drive thru with a nose piercing must really hate her job. She's rude and dismissive, and when the window was still open said "ugh why do we have to have this big lineeeeeeeee-ah". Proceeded to hand me my Sprite that looked like dirty water and when i asked her what it was, she said "sprite". The yellow color was clearly visible. and when I opened up my burger, this is what it looked like 0/10"

"I come here almost Monday to Friday I get something quick sometimes coffee and a biscuit. I tried to be quick and order online to pick up. I ordered 3 coffees and on the mobile app it does not give me an option to ask for the creamer and sugar on the side.. I figured if I put 20 creamers and 10 sugars they would know it's on the side NOT INSIDE, supposedly that's how some people order their coffee.... yeah okay I highly doubt someone wants just all cream and sugar and a splash of coffee... theu use to be good and now they get irritated with us when it's their mobile app not us. So maybe update the mobile app so there is no confusion and act like it's my fault instead of asking when I'm there for my order like are you sure that's what you want... and they took more than 5 minutes to bring the coffee and STILL DID NOT GIVE ME MY 20 CREAMERS...but only 14..... this McDonald's keep going down hill."

"Went and ordered my food online and I put no mustard add mayo to my burger they didn’t put mayo and still had mustard on the burger I sent it back and this is what I was givin. The fries I was givin were soggy, cold, and there was no salt on them sent those back and it’s like they didn’t fix it at all they were just threw in the bag. I went and called the number on the receipt a couple times and got no answer no time. 0/10 wouldn’t recommend I’ll never go back again."
