"Took about an hour to get my "curbside" order (they never actually brought it there). Staff was rude and didn't care a bit. They immediately started blaming me for not checking in and told me I had to in order to get my food. Well their app wouldn't allow me to check in because I already did...I was then informed that if their app isn't notifying them of check-ins, it's my fault and not McDonald's. Manager then tried to charge me more than what I originally paid to reorder the food. Customer service training is badly needed here. Update: my credit card charges went through and I was charged twice for this order. Their customer service department does not care."

"Ordered our food through drive-thru and waited over 20 mins to get our food and for employee to come to the window and tell us to move to next window then 10 mins later to ask what our order was? Finally 5 mins later the employee brought us our food and all of our food was cold, my 3 kid’s happy meals were cold and apple pies were cold as well and all the fries! Never coming to this location again."

"I didn't have any problems except that no one came to the cash window in drive thru to give me my receipt or check if I wanted one and I did. She just waved me on through the closed window so I couldn't tell her what I wanted. I waited a moment but she had turned her back and left to go elsewhere. Everything else was fine. And my food was hot and tasted good."

"I have been a regular lately to this McDonald's location and just wanted to show my appreciation for consistently doing a good job. My usual fish sandwich is cooked to order so it's always hot and fresh along with the french fries. The wait isn't bad either both inside and in the drive-thru. The staff seemed to be well trained to be courteous to customers, always willing to help from even the managers. This located right off the 287 freeway on the west side, not far from the Primrose School of NW Fort Worth Day care center, Public Storage, and 7-ElevenConvenience store. Thank you for doing such a great service every time I am there."
