McDonald's

"Slow for delivery orders. I deliver and several times there's been several other drivers waiting inside for someone's order. Drive-thru is a different story...fast service... polite servers...hot fries..."

"It's funny because the exact day I chose to read the reviews of this McDonald's, I stated that I've never really had the problem that others complained about.... then I pulled in. I placed my order in the drive-thru with my kids. I was given my drinks and asked to wait at the curb around the corner. (Normal when you order chicken) My kids and I waited, sang songs, joked, and waited some more. After 20 minutes of others getting their orders behind us, I chose to go in, just in case our order was ready and no one could bring it out. I asked the woman at the counter how much longer for my drive-through order? As I had been waiting 20 minutes. She turned to the girl next to her, asking if she put me on the curb. Both denied asking me to do so. Then another man was involved and told me I was not, in fact, asked to wait for 20 minutes. He then yelled to another person in the back and said, "This lady was asked to wait and has been waiting for 20 minutes," to which I heard, "No." Another 15 minutes later and 3 ppl advising me that I was not on the curb 20 minutes, they then handed me an incomplete order after I had been asked 2 additional times to repeat my order. An additional 5 minutes later, my order was complete and cold. 40ish minutes after my drive-thru adventure began. I've been repeatedly warned about this location but continue to give them chance after chance....I guess that's my fault. No more. I'll drive out of my way from now on. They didn't even discount my order, full price."

"Henry is the best!! I accidentally locked my keys in my car and he was so kind when helping me, I was so stressed out and having that kindness and genuine desire to help made me almost cry. He really needs a raise or something for his willingness to help customers and how he’ll go above and beyond! The food here is also great, very much recommend!!"

"Had me and my family sitting in curbside waiting for a mobile order for about 20 minutes. They had customers but not super busy. All my mobile order contained was a 4 piece happy and med fries. After calling the store to ask about my order, they actually made it right. The food was fresh, our daughters 4 piece upgraded to a 6, and a free apple pie!! Thanks guys! This is the service we’ve been missing since Covid!"
