"Guys, today was bad. I miss the days when the staff would take orders when the line was long outside with their ipads. 30+mins to get to the window. Took 2 mins to order,pay, and get our drink. We could of got to the Arlington location, ordered, and had our drink by this time."
"Terrible 1st impression/experience. The line wasn’t terribly long but the wait was nearly 35 minutes. The way the line is designed you don’t have the ability to leave either. My drink was filled beyond I could imagine of ice so I maybe had a total of 8 decent sips of my iced tea. Such a waste of my time and will not be giving Dutch bros a second chance."
"This is a rapidly expanding coffee chain. I liked their coffee, but Dutch Bros is a drive through only so if you enjoy sitting down and enjoying your coffee with friends or to just relax this is not the place to do it. They do have a walk-up window to order drinks but not an enjoyable experience with inclement weather. After paying with a credit card, I was asked to carefully read the receipt which is Dutch Bros way of asking for tips - a little too pushy. Great coffee but an uninviting place."
"Walking distance and always friendly staff. The posted menu is the bare minimum, try using the app to find what you're really looking for. Is there a reason there's no seating outside? I walk to this location and usually sit across the street at La Cabaña Tacos with my drink."
