"This is the absolute worse McDonald’s to go to. I live near here so is the most convenient for me but every single time I go they mess up something! It’s very frustrating. The staff is young and lazy. But the manager is also rude to the staff. Don’t order here."

"I am so sick and tired of food not being hot when I get food from here! I should not have to ask for the food to be made fresh every single time. Example: Stop making a thousand chicken nuggets when it takes four hours to sell them. Guess what that means? All of the nuggets are "cold" after about the first 15 minutes of those four hours, sheesh!"

"This is the worst McDonalds I ever been to I only come here when I visit my parents. I had 3 Bundles and a combo took the 20 min MGMT obviously doesn’t know how to run her crew I counted at least 8 people in there that’s sad your paying your employees just to waste customers time and Money. And at that she basically just threw all my items in my bag no apology nothing."

"The worst experience ever! My son I came for a quick snack of French fries and a soda. When we walked in, no one greeted us; it was as if we didn’t exist. After 8 minutes of waiting on someone to take my order, I politely asked one of the employees if someone would take my order. She said they were shorthanded, and I had to order from the kiosk. I’m simply telling her I previously tried on the kiosk, and I was unsuccessful. I simply asked for assistance, and she would not help. The whole time, all the employees are working the drive-through. Now I understand being shorthanded. I work in the service industry as well, but she was rude, and it was the worst experience ever. I will not be returning to that location."

"I arrived in the drive thru 45 minutes before they closed on a Saturday night. Placed my order with no issues. Got a Big Mac meal and chicken nuggets for my daughter. There were maybe three cars ahead of me. First off they took forever to get everyone’s orders to them. When I finally got mine they left out the nuggets and my fries were ice cold. The guy working the drive thru walked off and didn’t come back. I had to drive around to tell them they left out my nuggets. There were two cars ahead of me. By the time they got to me it was close to time for them to close. The manager didn’t bother apologizing for the bad service or poor food quality. She told me they weren’t making food anymore and handed me $5 and closed the window in my face when I asked for the store manager’s name. I worked fast food when I was younger so I get that it can be a tough job but this isn’t how you treat people. Won’t be back to this location."
