"Ordered through the drive thru today and the first young lady was great when I told her to please give me a moment. Well the next person came on not long after that and was very rude. My mother still had not decided on what she wanted. Well finally got ready to order and the lady did not even ask if I had a number associated with the My Panera program, I had to inform her that I did. Well once we received our food the chicken salad sandwich was pitiful. The salad greens were old and brown and there was literally a teaspoon of the chicken salad spread on the bread. Luckily we’re just passing through coming from a doctor’s appointment therefore I know to never stop by this location because of poor service and poor quality food."

"On Friday we decided to try Panera bread for dinner. Got two sandwiches, 2 orders of Mac and Cheese; chips and bread, and were supposed to rung up for a chocolate chip cookie. When we got home, we found that one of the sandwiches was wrong and that we were missing the cookie. We called and let the manager know what happened and she said we were never rung up for the cookie and that next time we came in Panera would give us the right sandwich for free. We came back in today and got pretty much the same order but Instead of one chocolate chip cookie we got two kitchen sink cookies. Get home to discover that the free sandwich we went to get replaced from the first mess up was completely missing from the bag! And they skimped us on the bacon Mac and cheese. Literally 10 pieces of bacon. Waited 20 minutes in line both times for wrong/incomplete orders. Second time had to drive back 20 minutes so that we all had food to eat. Tried calling the second time to get them know we were on the way so the sandwich would be ready and no one picked up the phone until the 3rd time we called. They did apologize and make the sandwich. Food is good but the experience both times was less than pleasant. Extremely frustrating and upsetting. We will not be back to this location again."

"I joined the beverage club courtesy of American Express who sent me a deal I couldn't say no to: 50% off a one year membership. You can get a free drink every two hours: coffee, energy drinks, fountain drinks, and iced tea."

"Don’t order from this location! They gave us someone else’s order and when I drove back to get the $60 worth of food we paid for, they made our actual order and put hair and dirt in the sandwich we order. All the manager had to say was, “I’ll speak to our Sandwich Artist Nicole. She does have long hair.” Hello! What about the significant amount of dirt like they drug the sandwich before wrapping it up. Disgusting!"

"In my experience the last couple of months sandwiches are good, soups fair not the best, and salads hard no. Recently paid $12 for a sad looking salad. Its comparable to a Mcdonals salad which is not the best. Also very small piece of bread, where in the past they were a very generous size. Definitely expect higher quality from panera; unfortunately, it's just not there. This will be the last time I go here for a salad."
