"Had the all you can eat catfish and it came with fries and hushpuppys. It was great. Fish was great it was a whole filet. For 13 bucks not a bad deal. My friend had the mushroom burger. She wasn't impressed. The mushrooms were canned not fresh and sautéed like it should be. Burger was a good size but seemed like it was a frozen brand. My husband had chicken fried chicken and it was great. Homemade gravy but frozen green bean and corn which he is not fond of. So basically it was all good but way to many items on the menu for anything to be fresh and not canned or frozen. Place was not busy and it still took a good 30 minute wait for food. Loved the fresh warm rolls they bring with soup or salad which come with the dinner."

"Three of us went for lunch. We had the chicken noodle soup, French dip sandwich, Reuben sandwich, and Philly cheesesteak. All were good. Very large menu! We would go back. Looking forward to trying breakfast."

"Huge menu and really really good food! Had Tortellini Classico with artichokes, mushrooms and tomatoes and Smash Onion Burger. Both were fantastic. The prices were very fair and we will Definitely be back again. Our waitress, Regina, was wonderful."

"If you know anything about the restaurant industry, you'll know that places with immense menus usually aren't very good. At the least, you're NOT getting fresh or fast food. This menu is insane and the quality of the food reflects it. I ordered the monti christo, which was super soggy. Basically, imagine wet bread with melted cheese. I couldn't finish it. My wife got the French toast that had canned mushy strawberries on it. The wait was almost 50 minutes AFTER we ordered. About half way through our wait, we were finally brought bread. Then the waitresses asked if id like my soup that came with my meal, i said yes, only to be told they were out of the soup and it couldn't be substituted or taken off my bill. The whole experience was a letdown. The waitress was doing her best with horrible management. Side note, it's now known as LONE STAR family restaurant. They closed this location about 5 years ago, reopened under BIG O's then closed again then reopened as lone star."
