"We put in our order on the app, drove 10 minutes to get there, and then waited an excruciating amount of time in the drive thru while others no doubt experienced the same problem we were about to which was them not having the items that we ordered. There's definitely a huge disconnect between ordering in the app and actually getting your food. You'd think they might offer at least a free donut for your trouble, but nope... nothing. It's hard to find a good Dunkin donuts anywhere these days...every time we go there's always some kind of problem and often rudeness to go with it. It's a shame. I highly recommend avoiding this location."

"First-time visit wife and I got a specialty coffee. I got the new chocolate caramel and it was amazing. My only request would be when they made our coffees they just set them on the small counter so we were not aware they were ready. Other than that service was good and the coffees was good. Sucks they close at 530."
"Come here for every Tmobile Tuesday special. I like that there are lots of milk alternatives and non sweet flavors. Non donut foods are yummy too. Plaza has plenty of space to sit and other eateries. Location has a drive through at the back."
