"I went at around 6.15 in the morning. I ordered the big breakfast with pancakes. I got 1/2 of egg. The rest was cold. This was the McDonald's on ware rd and pecan."
"When I’m on this s location I always have bad luck if is not the coffee machine is been cleaned or they are out of something, but the worst is that they are always full of staff but can’t never give you a decent speed service. This day I had to go back to ask for my food after waiting over 20 minutes seams like their is no supervision or management and the many kids are just lost looking around instead of been trained"
"What a pos restaurant, pos service and pos food, waited 30 mins for our order , went and ask to the counter, the response from a girl was, im clocked out please ask her. Just to get a im working on it with a bad attitude. I hope they replace all the workers with self service desk. Or hire someone that actually cares about customer service."
"Update:{4/23/24) Went and got some breakfast and coffee. It was to go, didn't check until I got home. Was missing an item I called 3 times an no answer. How I'm I suppose to let them know that I'm missing something when they don't pick up. So I changed it from 4 stars to 3. Food was good but service was not. Even there self-service machines don't work."
