Since its establishment on January 11, 2016, Rebecca's has been serving up delicious Mexican homestyle dishes, with a specialty in tender and juicy kid goat "Cabrito". The cabrito is prepared by our skilled Parilleros, Grillers, who cook it slowly over a low mesquite fire for 2 hours to perfection. Each piece is served on a sizzling skillet with caramelized onions and a grilled jalapeno for that extra kick of flavor.
Rebecca's is not just a restaurant, but also offers catering services to help you organize the perfect event. The business is woman-owned, with two sisters carrying on the legacy of their mother Rebecca, who was a successful restaurant owner for over 30 years. "First time visiting this place, and greatly surprised. It was on a Saturday late afternoon. The food was excellent, and came on a timely manner. The music played low, by Gilberto was amazing, to the point that I got up and attempted to dance with my wife on my recently operated knee. The waiters were courteous, attentive, and clearly enjoyed the work they did, as they were dancing around to the music. Will definitely be coming back. Highly recommended."
