"PLEASE GET THE LADY WITH THE BLUE GREEN HAIR IN A PONYTAIL AND HEAVY EYELINER TO GET HER ATTITUDE IN CHECK OR GET OUT! She is so rude, and gives attitude even when I’ve been nice to her. I get Starbucks as a reward for myself or on sad days and honestly any time I’ve heard her voice my mood gets EXPONENTIALLY worse. I get attitude for asking politely to get my correct drink when she gives me the wrong one, reasonable requests which she always declines, or even just for paying!? It’s not a bad day for her or a one-off either, I’ve seen her at least ten times and the experience is the same each time. It’s so sad because I feel like most of the other baristas there are amazing or pretty decent but she legit is probably ruining hundreds of people’s day with her sass and plain horrible vibes."

Also Viví the worker is always so so nice and helpful always greeting with a smile and asking if I need a water or anything. I would really recommend this Starbucks to study and just have a great customer experience."
"Beautiful Starbucks. Nice interior and nice outside seating. Unfortunately they were out of many products so I couldn't pick what I wanted from the menu. However... The staff was very helpful and offered me many alternative."
"I would just go down to the 10th ST one. This place has the worst customer service. I ordered two Irish cream cold brews and received this. I politely asked if they could just add some foam on it and they said it was done correctly and couldn’t do anything about it. Granted it’s missing the coco powder, but hey I don’t know how it’s made. Lady next to me also had her order wrong. The place was not packed."
