"I would not recommend this store...6 months ago the staff was so welcoming and wonderful...today I went in to purchase a couple holiday pajama set and new bras for the wife...for she would only wear from this store...well I will tell you that the new crew is very rude....I walked in and it took about fifteen minutes before I was acknowled and I was the only person in the store...they where very short and rude we me...I don't think they expected a man to be in here buying for his wife...ever since the last manager left....this company has gone down hill..."
"we went in today looking for bras. as my mother was trying to ask to order some bras since they didn’t have her size in the store the girl that was helping was asked by another co-worker “ did she find anything?” & the girl helping us mouthed “No she’s to big”. was so surprised & shocked. very rude, will never buy from this company as they hire rude girls. mind you this store is made for “big girls” as the girl calls us women. disgusted with this & company."
"The employees go above and beyond to help you purchase the clothes in the store or order from the warehouse. We have many items and all are top of the line clothes. We will return for more when needed."
"Had a very pleasant experience at this store. The sales associate was genuinely friendly, helpful and knew the product knowledge. The store looked welcoming and was well stocked. Customer service in West Texas, in general is a hit or miss these days. This was definitely a hit in my book!"
"It's the only place I go for my Intimate Apparel. The prices are decent, the sales are good, and the quality. These bras last forever if you take good care of them. At this particular Soma the staff is just not very friendly. I asked twice if I could get fitted and left without being fitted. I really felt that I was not appreciated, and then I was not welcome in the store. This is very very odd for Soma. They Pride themselves on good customer service I am not sure what happened on this visit."
