"Walked into this store, music was loud, no one spoke or said a word, oh but they were singing alone with the music. Listen ppl Customer Service is a important to have in a places like this one. When it's not there it's basically bad business. Get it together!!!"
"My wife always finds something here but it's hard to find employees because they're always on their phone. We asked two people if they worked here and they didn't but we couldn't tell who did. Once we located someone they were helpful but they shouldn't spend so much time on their phones. We will keep shopping here because we like the clothes."
"The worst cashier. I didn’t get her name but I wished I did. Me and my mother and my 2year old were shopping. And my son got one of those plastic chickens where you squeeze their tummy and it makes a funny sound. So this rude cashier said if y’all are not gonna pay for it put it back but in a rude way. They should NOT treat their customers like that. It’s a toy we were gonna put it back or maybe even buy it after we got done shopping. Melrose needs to find better employees with better attitudes."
