"HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE! I walked in there. Desperate to get some new jeans. Finally found a couple pairs. (After looking for about 30 minutes). Nothing was in the correct sizes. I was going to try a couple pairs on. And the lady at the changing room was extremely rude. Didn't talk to me at all. I told her I had 4 items. She then yanked the pants out of my hands to double check that I only had 4 pairs of pants. Like I was trying to steal something..... She then shoved them back into my hands. And kindof shrugged her shoulders at me. I accidentally started going into the wrong entrance to try them on. (Mins you. There are three, unmarked entryways.....). And she finally spoke up to me. Saying "no wrong way" . Abs pointed to where I needed to go. I told her sorry and thank you. And she rolled her eyes at me, crossed her arms and humphed at me. Like I was some trashy person. I ended up tossing my clothes onto the closest shelf. Grabbed my husband. And we walked out."

"I never went into Ross until recently and it was happened to be during the Christmas holidays so you can imagine everything was everywhere, but when I returned to the store after the holidays, it was nice and tidy and they have a really big selection of inexpensive things. I liked, the fact that they had a lot of things to choose from as far as home decor. You can go in there and spend very little and get a lot of cute little accent items for your home."

"My wife seems to love this place she shop's here often. I go occasionally but not much it's usually really busy and I don't like people. Has alot to choose from in almost every category."

"I went in to do some Christmas shopping. I walked in after they were open for 20 minutes. Four people working in the store and not one of them spoke a single word of English. I know I'm in Midland but dang at least have your workers bilingual. Do better Midland Ross. Do better"

"Size selections have gotten for small/short men/youth only. If you are tall, or built, bypass this location. Could also definitely use a lot more cashiers as checkouts look to have about an hour wait time to get through as well."
