"The exchange policies are lame. They dont even allow a full return. I tried exchanging a backpack and they weren't having it. They only allow clothes to be exchanged like WHAT. I'm a frequent shopper here so I left pissed."
"Had signs up saying red tag 50% off this week, my husband chose shirts based on those signs, got to checkout and manager wouldn't honor because "my bad. Forgot to take those down". She did offer to honor them if we were buying the tree or piano that were sitting out with red tags, both of which were overpriced at half off and neither of which were we interested in. Cashier made the comment that she guessed they had missed those particulate pieces of clothing when they pulled all the red tags to the back which explains why it's hard to find tags that match the week's color."
"If this good will could have a negative I would give it. The staff is rude and the prices are out of control. I shop at Goodwill at least once a week and stop at hem all over the state of Texas. They want 10 dollars for shirts just because they say nike on them. You can get the same shirt at Nike for 10 dollars. All the button up shirts have price tags on them between 10 and 15 dollars. Goodwill is really getting to be a joke."
"I was in line behind another customer. This lady asked for a price check and the cashier Onita was very rude to her. The customer asked for a manager so that she could get the price checked and the cashier started mumbling and making comments under her breathe. She would say stuff like you need to hurry up and leave and I can't wait to get you out of here. The customer overhead and proceeded to tell the manager that the cashier was being rude and the cashier then started cursing under her breathe as well but obviously not low enough to where people in line could still hear her. The manager was withing hearing distance the whole time and not once did she offer an apology to the customer or remove the cashier from the situation. I usually go to the goodwill on the loop and they always have excellent customer service but apparently the one on Illinois just doesn't value their customers. Super disappointing."
"Decent place but the price I was charged was different than what was on the shirts. I was just grabbing up some shirts to use on the rig and ended up paying 3 or 4$ instead of 2 as the price tag said which was not even worth raising issue about but I still dislike that. If you shop here pay attention to what they ring up if you care."
