"The restrooms was dirty with that paper means have a lot of time without cleaning. Need to put more attention about hygiene"

"I'm not one to write reviews and I meant to write this yesterday for Joaquin after I ate but I forgot. I ordered just a soup and salad and then my husband got a fettuccine Alfredo with the salad.I was greeted by Joaquin like 20 seconds after I sat down which I thought was scary fast. He was just so joyful and kind with my husband and I . Joaquin is an incredible server with such a beautiful heart and Olive Garden is so blessed to have him. He read my mind and always had my soda glass no more than half empty because he kept my glass full like he was reading my mind. I wanted to tip him in cash but was told that he was being trained or something by a girl. He told me that the best way he could show his appreciation is to give a compliment to the front or write a review. Joaquin was the most joyful and loving server I have ever met. He talked with my husband like it was actually on honor to serve us and got him out of a bad mood he was having from work which made my day. Anyways just wanted to show my appreciation for Joaquin and all of the Olive Garden staff. Great job to all the cooks and managers, Keep it up"

"Everything is a 5/5 !! Food is great, environment was healthy, no kids screaming, no children talking back and parents scolding their kids. Just the perfect ambience you would want to be around in a restaurant like this! The service was excellent and amazing, I was served by Joaquin Garcia at around 4pm and I decided to stop by for lunch! Either Joaquin’s parents are awesome people or Joaquin himself is just a bright man! Excellent service and I would 100% return and request for Joaquin."

"Food was FANTASTIC.!!! The service, though, was NOT the best. I mean, it WAS fair, but the waitress wasn't EXACTLY in the best of moods. As we were leaving, we told here " thank you very much..." She BARELY responded with a " you're welcome " I tipped what I thought she deserved which was a fair amount. Tipping, nowadays, has become a REAL issue. A lot of these people think they DESERVE a good tip. .... regardless of the lack of good service. Sorry.... Not in MY book it doesn't.!"

"I was invited by a friend and had a lovely experience. The food was delicious, and the lady who attended to us was very friendly and solicitous. The environment is a little raucous, so it felt overwhelming and took some time for me to settle comfortably. Still, the service and the food made it worthwhile, and the conversation my friend and I shared was so engaging the din became background noise."
