"I loved this idea when I saw the food truck....this idea is extremely popular in Japan and glad they have brought it over. I went with the classic pepperoni and their Hawaiian. Be prepared to spend a few minutes there, they bake them to order. The idea is actually genius...they have a specific machine they put the Kono in, so theoretically the cook on them should always come out the same. Since they are made when ordered, it takes about 10-15 min for them to come out...which is fine. Just fyi... The ingredients were all there...the pepperoni had the nice meaty flavor...the pineapple bits added the perfect sweetness to the bite...but there was just something lacking. The sauce should pop ...it felt a little watery, especially towards the bottom of the Kono. And the cheese didn't have the strong mozzarella taste...it was good but it could've popped a little more. The Konos are also fairly priced when you consider the food truck next to them charges an arm and a leg...you can mix and match and they make the perfect food if you're on the go. A definite recommend to anyone driving by.."
