"I stopped by to get my friend a bouquet for her birthday. The florist was able to build an entire bouquet out of a centerpiece flower we picked out, made great suggestions, and even helped me stick to a good budget (I am totally clueless about flowers and pricing!). All this as a walk in customer. Fantastic experience, would recommend this shop any time."

"This shop is run by the most wonderful people, and they single-handedly saved Mother’s Day for me. I ordered a colorful Mother’s Day bouquet through an online retailer who delegated the order to a local florist (IDF). They sent the florist a completely incorrect description, and my mother got an all white bouquet (the traditional color for funerals). My mother has terminal cancer. A white bouquet was uh… probably the worst floral outcome possible. She’d already had a terrible day too, so I had to act fast to salvage any part of it. I called the florist directly and my call was answered by an amazing woman named Meg. They had just technically closed, but she was determined to get the issue resolved even though she was at no fault (since it was the online retailer that messed up the info). Meg canceled the online order and allowed me to place the order directly with her so that she could make an even better bouquet at the same price. She even committed to immediately delivering the new bouquet to my mother, on a Sunday, even though the shop had closed. I’m sure today was chaotic for this florist, and I’m sure this kind woman had other obligations after work, but she went above and beyond to make the situation right and ensure my mom got the perfect bouquet for Mother’s Day. And I cannot express how thankful I am for Meg’s help, which went above and beyond standard customer service… it was genuine love and compassion for another human and I’m tearing up just writing this. My heart is overflowing with gratitude, and IDF will forever be my go-to florist moving forward. Meg, thank you for your grace and compassion. You’re an absolutely gem."

"The sweet owner of International Designs Florist did a magnificent job putting together a beautiful sympathy fruit and snack basket on Saturday of Easter weekend. I greatly appreciate her extra efforts in doing this rush job for me on such a busy Holiday weekend.
